P.A.T.S. had a very successful launch in Savannah, Georgia on May 15, 2010. In attendance were 40 students, representatives from Savannah Film Commission, students and teachers from SCAD, and folks generally interested in filmmaking! Meddin Studios hosted the day long event in their state-of-the-art complex. We returned to Savannah in February 2011, to another sold out seminar. P.A.T.S. 'GEORGIA PICTURES'

Economic impact of entertainment industry projects handled by the Georgia Film Office in 2009: approximately $770 million. Films with a budget of at least $500,000 get a 20 percent a tax credit for filming in the state, with an extra 10 percent if the state's logo is used in titles or credits.
